Start of career with modeling

Shobhita started her career with modeling. Initially, he faced many difficulties. During college, a friend of his inspired him to participate in a beauty contest. However, she considered herself a simple and ‘uncommended’. He auditioned only with the goal of being selected in the first part.

According to DNA reports, when she went for modeling auditions, she was rejected due to her colors and looks. Even in an advertisement, a dog was cast in his place. This incident was a big shock for him, but he did not give up and kept moving forward.

From Bharatanatyam to acting

Shobhita is a resident of Visakhapatnam. His father Venugopal Rao was an engineer in the Merchant Navy, and his mother Santha was a teacher in Kamakshi Primary School. He completed his schooling in Visakhapatnam and later started corporate law. In addition, he obtained a degree in HR Business and Economics from Mumbai University.

Shobhita used to do classical dances like Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi since childhood. His interest in his art later influenced his acting career.

From Miss India to Bollywood and Hollywood

In 2013, she participated in the Miss India competition and won many titles like “Miss Photogenic”, “Miss Beauty for a Case”, “Miss Talent” and “Miss Beautiful Face”. After this, her trend moved towards acting.

In 2016, he made her Bollywood debut with Anurag Kashyap’s film Raman Raghav 2.0, where he worked with Vicky Kaushal. After this, she also appeared in films like Chef and Kalakandi.

Large identity and hit projects

Shobhita’s career came out when she played the lead role in the Made in Heaven Web Series. After this, she also appeared in Mani Ratnam’s Ponyin Selvan and Hollywood film The Monkey Man.

Earnings from films

According to a report by News18, Shobhita charges Rs 70 lakh to Rs 1 crore per film. For Mani Ratnam’s film Ponyin Selvan, he had charged the highest fee of Rs 1 crore.

Shobhita’s total assets are estimated between about 7 and 10 crores. At the same time, the total assets of Naga Chaitanya are Rs 154 crore. Shobhita is the daughter -in -law of Nagarjuna, whose total assets are 3010 crores according to Times of India.
