New Delhi: It seems that Karan Johar and Karthik Aryan are no longer messing up. On the green carpet on March 8 in IIFA 2025, Karan himself told that he has no conflict with Karthik. Karan said that he expects ‘great friendly’ with Karthik. Meaning, the dispute started with friendly 2 is now over.
Karan Johar had told in 2019 that Karthik will play the lead in ‘Dostana 2’. Fans had a film arrangement, but then Dharma Productions said that people will be taken afresh in the film. Just what was it, the news of the rift between Karan and Karthik started flying. But now it seems that everything is fine between the two. Karan said, ‘I and Karthik are doing films together, so it is natural to host together. There is no big deal in this. They are all old things. Now we can expect to see the great ‘friendly’.

In an interview to Lallantop, Karthik had said on Karan’s dispute, ‘When this news came, I was silent and still I would like to remain silent. I focus on my 100% work and when such things happen, I remain calm. I do not get into all this and I do not need to prove anything to anyone. The pair of Karan and Karthik is not limited to just IIFA hosting. Karthik will now also be seen in the film of Dharma Productions. Both have announced their next film ‘Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri’. This is a romantic comedy film, which will be directed by Sameer scholarship. Sameer had earlier directed Karthik and Kiara Advani’s film ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’.
Karan will also work with Shahrukh
Karan expressed his desire to work again with Shah Rukh Khan. Both have given superhit films like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum’, ‘My Name Is Khan’ and ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’. Karan said, ‘It would be an honor for me to make another film with Shahrukh.’
