New Delhi. There are millions of people in India who want to do something of themselves, but lack of money becomes the biggest obstruction in their way. Some have an idea, then someone has skills, but when it comes to starting business, the bank stops a loan or the concern of early capital. For such people, the government has started the Prime Minister Employment Generation Program i.e. PMAGP, which has now been expected not just a government scheme, but the expectation of millions of people.
Under this scheme, the government provides loans to such youth and women who want to start their own small business. A loan of up to ₹ 50 lakh is given for manufacturing unit and up to ₹ 25 lakh for service unit, and the biggest thing is that the government also gets a subsidy of 15 to 35 percent. That is, you do not even have to return all the money.

Degree not required
There is no need for a large degree or very old age to take advantage of Pmegp. Any person above the age of 18, who has studies up to eighth, and who has already not taken a subsidy loan under any government scheme, can apply. The process of application is also completely online – registration has to be done by visiting kviconline.gov.in, a simple business plan has to be installed and then the bank loan process starts after training.
Giving jobs to others
In the last few years, millions of youth have learned to stand on their feet under this scheme. Some opened a sewing center in the village, some have made a mobile repair shop in the city, some have trapped juice and fast food – all these are not only working, but are also giving jobs to others. Schemes often start in government files, but the effect on the land is less visible. But PMEGP is in some schemes that have really changed the lives of people.
