Ranya Rao Gold Smugggling Case: Kannada actress Ranya Rao was arrested from Dubai on the charge of gold smuggling from Keme Gowda International Airport in Bengaluru. A total of six arrests were made in this case. The accused also included Air Canada’s staff, who helped in theft. Those arrested included the names of Durant King, McLeen, Parampal Sidhu, Archit Grover, Ali Raza and Simran Preet Panesar. In this, Archit Grover was the owner of this conspiracy and was the owner of the Gate Away truck. At the same time, Durante King and McLean Gate Away were the driver of the truck. It was earlier caught earlier on charges of weapon smuggling.
