The film shows Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s struggle well against Aurangzeb. It has been 25 days since the release of Vicky Kaushal’s film and at the box-office it is firmly with its feet. ‘Chhava’ has earned a bang of Rs 700 crore at the worldwide box-office. This 700 crore film is directed by Laxman Utekar. This is the fifth consecutive commercial success at the box-office of the legendary director.

Laxman Utekar has performed his skills by directing the best films like ‘Luka Chuti’, ‘Jara Hatke Jara Bachake’, ‘Teri Baat Mein Aisa Ki Aisa Ki Aisa Ki Aisa Jiya Jiya’, ‘Mimi’. He has repeatedly convinced his art. There was no connection with the film world

The film recorded a collection of 128 crores worldwide.

In the year 2021, the director once again worked with Kriti Sanon. He made the film ‘Mimi’ around surrogacy. Due to Korona, the film was not released in theaters, but it was praised everywhere. Kriti Sanon also received the National Award for Best Actress for his brilliant performance in ‘Mimi’. During the film ‘Teri Baat Mein Aisa Jiya Jiya’ last year, the actor-director pair worked together once again. Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s film grossed 133 crores at the worldwide box-office.
