Upcoming IPOS: If you also invest money in IPO, then your bat is going to be bound next week. 12 IPOs will open in the new week starting from June 23. Of these, 5 are mainboard IPOs and 7 are from SME segment. The biggest issue of this year, HDB Financial Services IPO will also come only next week. Apart from 12 IPOs, 8 companies will be listed in the stock market.
Apart from the largest IPO of 2025, HDB Financial Services IPO, the mainboard segment will feature Glob Civil Projects, Ellenbai Industrial Gases, Kalpataru and IPOs of possible steel tubes. Next week will also be a listing of Aicinfra Solutions IPO from the mainboard.
The IPO of HDB Financial Services will open on June 25 and will close on 27 June 2025. With this issue, the company is going to raise Rs 12500 crore. 3.37 crore new shares worth Rs 2500 crore will be issued in the issue. At the same time, 13.51 crore shares worth Rs 10000 crore will be sold through offer for sale (offs) window.
The IPO of Globe Civil Projects will open on June 24. In this issue, investors will be able to invest money by 26 June. The price band has been fixed at Rs 67-71 per share. In this IPO of Rs 119 crore, 1.67 crore new shares will be issued and there will be no offer for sale in it.
The Ellenberry Industrial Gasers IPO will open on June 24 and will close on 26 June. With this IPO, the company wants to raise Rs 852.52 crore from the market. The price band of Ellenbary IPO is Rs 380-400. New shares of Rs 400 crore will be issued in the IPO, while Rs 452 crore will be offered for for sale.
Kalpataru IPO will be open for subscription from 24 June to 26 June. 3.84 crore new shares will be issued in this issue of 1590 crores. The price band of the IPO is Rs 387-414 per share. Company employees will get shares at a discount of Rs 38.
The possible steel tubes IPO will open on June 25 and will close on 27 June. In this issue of Rs 540 crore, new shares worth Rs 440 crore will be released while shares worth Rs 100 crore will be sold through OFS. The price band of the IPO has been kept at Rs 77-82 per share.
The SME platform is also going to be busy next week. A total of 7 new IPOs will be opened during this period, while 7 companies will also be listed. Project Services, Patil Automation, Appleton Engineers, Influx Healthtech, Safe Enterprises Retail Fixes, Maysheel Ventures and Size will be listed in the stock market of medical technologies.
The SME segment will have next week AJC Jewel Manufacturers, Abram Food, Icon Facilitators, Mr. Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron, Santek Infra Solutions, Ace Alpha Tech and Pro FX Tech IPO Launches.
